In 2020, FM Approvals released FM Class 1616 Approval Standard for Underground Pipeline Rehabilitation Systems. The Standard includes the requirements for certification of CIPP trenchless technology for the rehabilitation of underground pressurized pipelines. RS Blueline is the first and only CIPP system to gain FM Approval for compliance with FM Class 1616.
